What is the difference between a quote and a reservation?
A reservation with a paid deposit guarantees the availability of the equipment for your event.
A quote is not a guarantee, but can be the first step. A quote allows you to discuss the pricing and specifications with your family, group, or committee prior to obligating either yourself, or Big Ten Rentals.
How much will I need to put down for a deposit to hold the equipment?
Most items require a 50% deposit to hold the items. For larger events, please speak with our staff to work out a payment plan.
What happens if I need to cancel the rental item?
The deposit is generally non-refundable. Some special circumstances may apply, but for planning purposes you should consider the deposit non-refundable.
Do you charge a damage deposit?
Some, but not all items require a damage deposit.
Sound equipment, and Trailers are a few examples.
What are your CONTRACT TERMS?
