Big Ten Rentals set up multiple items for this year’s Jazz Festival (part of Summer of the Arts) in downtown Iowa City. From tents, stages, tables, chairs, fencing and much more. The roads were closed on late Thursday (June 29th) and we had all of our equipment setups before dark.
On with Life (a non-profit brain injury rehabilitation organization in Ankeny, IA) is hosting a fundraiser called “Celebrate Life” to help with the cost of building an addition along with a flower garden for patients and families to enjoy. We set up this 40′ x 60′ Hybrid event tent with three 2′ x 2′ x 2′ blocks. Because of the ever-changing weather in Iowa, they needed a patio heater to take the chill out of the air at night, and to keep them going we sent four 20lb propane tanks.
Big Ten Rentals setup our 40′ x 100′ hybrid event tent in the Williamsburg, Iowa at the Tanger Outlet Center. It was for a tent sale at the local Adidas store. As usual the images we have are from the setup process only. The for sale items were added under the tent once we left.

40′ x 100′ rope and pole wedding tent with French Window sidewalls. Several 8′ banquet tables with linens, 60″ round tables with linens, and 284 white plastic folding chairs.
We sent 38 bike barricades, four 4-row bleachers, and a podium (executive lectern) to a political rally in Waterloo, Iowa, where former president Donald Trump spoke.
Efficiencies can be gained with short-duration rentals, which do not require a “double round trip.”
