Big Ten Rentals often gets calls and sets up multiple tents for RAGBRAI (Annual Bicycle Ride Across Iowa) each year at multiple locations. This year was no exception. This is our 30′ x 60′ Elite rope and pole tent.
Bringing some much needed cooling and heat relief to workers working down in the steam tunnels in Iowa City by the University of Iowa. For this job we utilized our 5-Ton 3-Phase outdoor commercial air conditioning unit. We also have a 5-Ton single-phase outdoor unit as well.
We set up a 40′ x 60′ rope and pole tent in a parking lot with six 7′ x 30′ french window sidewalls and 250 black plastic chairs with 35 poly tables at Grinnell Friends Church in Grinnell, Iowa.
Our setup crew completed setting up the tents, stages, picnic and regular tables along with a multitude of other items late Thursday night for the Iowa City Jazz Festival! Just add thousands of people and this will be one great event! More images coming soon. Setup photos: Photos from the event:
