We used them for a graduation party. We rented a tent, tables, and chairs. They were prompt and pleasant in their communications. Our tent was blown over in a storm. I called them and they already knew and had a team coming out to reset it. Outdoor events are tricky and I am grateful for their care and attention. Would recommend and use them again.
Have a big party scheduled for tomorrow, July 1st with rain in the forecast I called Big Ten and by 10:00 today, June 30th, they had their crew on the road and got me all fixed up so our party can go on rain or shine. Can’t thank them enough and can’t speak enough to their high level of service and the installers were respectful and super knowledgeable about what they were doing. 10⭐️
I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get chairs/tables on such short notice. But I was wrong, Big Ten got us chairs and tables delivered just an hour after I called them. Price was great too!
