Like most big events in Iowa City, we set up this year’s Iowa City Jazz Festival by Summer of the Arts. This event included tents, stages, and much more.
We set up this white 20′ x 30′ rope and pole tent in the backyard in Iowa City, Iowa with six 60′ round tables and 54 chairs for this event.
40′ x 100′ rope and pole wedding tent with French Window side walls. Several 8′ banquet tables with linens, 60″ round tables with linens, and 284 white plastic folding chairs.
Big Ten Rentals sets up the 2017 Iowa Soul Festival in the pedestrian mall of Iowa City. IA. The main stage was made up of our staging with a 20′ x 20′ Tentnology frame tent over it and bike-rack barricade to keep people from getting too close to the performing artists. We also setup several other tents for vendors and other events going on at the ped mall.
Big Ten Rentals set up multiple items for this year’s Jazz Festival (part of Summer of the Arts) in downtown Iowa City. From tents, stages, tables, chairs, fencing and much more. The roads were closed on late Thursday (June 29th) and we had all of our equipment setups before dark.
We set up our 40′ x 60′ rope and pole tent for a Bellino Fireworks Stand in Hy-Vee’s parking lot located at 1720 Waterfront Dr, Iowa City, IA 52240. They are open from 8 am to 11 pm every day until the 5th of July! Both cash and credit card is accepted as a method of payment.

We had two stages at the first annual Downtown Block Party. Our runway was sub-rented and set up by another company and our 16′ x 16′ stage was set up by our crew. It was a great event with lots to see!

We set up this 30′ x 45′ frame tent for a fireworks stand at the Walmart Supercenter in Iowa City, IA for TNT Fireworks company. They open Friday, June 23, 2017, at 10 am until 10 pm EVERY DAY!
Due to restrictions of drilling into Walmart’s parking lot, we had to use cement bunker blocks 2′ x 2′ x 2′ to weigh the tent down. As a result of that, it also couldn’t be a rope and pole tent, because that type of tent needs to be staked into the ground.
