Like most big events in Iowa City, we set up this year’s Iowa City Jazz Festival by Summer of the Arts. This event included tents, stages, and much more.

This was an emergency situation. When a freezer at a restaurant malfunctions suddenly it can be a big loss in both revenue and the cost of food. We were able to deliver and set up our portable freezer with 60 kw generator at Panera Bread at Sycamore Mall in about 2 hours.
We were called to set up a specialty designed motorcade tent. We started construction of it early morning October 21st 2014. This event was held at the University of Iowa’s campus in Iowa City. We set up our Red and White 20′ x 40′ Gala rope and pole tent for Ka-Boomers Fireworks company at 104 E 31st St South, Newton, Iowa. See all of the firework stand locations in Iowa setup by Big Ten Rentals.
We set up four 20′ x 20′ Tentnology frame tents, a 20′ x 40′ frame tent, and 20′ x 30′ frame tent. We aren’t able to drill at this location so we used water barrel for weight. We also delivered tables for this event.
Efficiencies can be gained with short-duration rentals, which do not require a “double round trip.”
