Boone and Scenic Valley Railroad contacted Big Ten Rentals in Iowa City for delivery and setup of this large event with Chuggington that took place in Boone, Iowa on June 24, 25, and 26.
This event had 20′ x 20′ rope and pole tent, 20′ x 40′ rope and pole tent, 40′ x 40′ rope and pole tent, 60′ x 60′ Genesis rope and pole tent plus other event related items.
The call to us and the actual event setup process for the average political rally is often last minute. This one was no exception. Yet we were able to assemble almost this entire event and set it up on time at the NewBo City Market in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. See pictures from the event on Heavy.com
We were able to set up our 20′ x 50′ frame tent in between two buildings for an outdoor wedding reception in Keswick, Iowa. We also set up a stage, dance floor, and 30″ round cocktail tables.

It was a windy day for this wedding by the pond in Iowa where we set up this 30′ x 90′ frame Wedding tent. The French window side walls helped put a stop to the gusting winds.
Efficiencies can be gained with short-duration rentals, which do not require a “double round trip.”
