We set up this 40′ x 60′ Hybrid event tent with three 2′ x 2′ x 2′ blocks. Because of the ever chaning weather in Iowa they needed patio heater to take the chill out of the air at night and to keep them going we sent four 20lb propane tanks.
It’s that time of year again! This Special Olympics Polar Plunge in Coralville, IA, is a great way to donate by cooling your body while warming your heart! No better way to raise money to support Special Olympics Iowa athletes than jumping into frigid waters.
We’ve enjoyed setting up this event for years. Tents were our 40′ x 100′ Elite rope and pole tent, 20′ x 40′ rope and pole tent and 30′ x 60′ rope and pole tent.
What better way to celebrate a Grand Re-opening then having a tent event at Coralville Used Car Superstore! We set up our 20′ x 30′ frame tent with water barrels for this event.
Big Ten Rentals was called upon to set up a 32′ x 40′ dual structure stage for a performance by the band Hairball. We also set up a 20′ x 40′ frame tent using water barrels for ballast and two strands of 80′ globe lights. Also out at this event is our sports bounce house and a 6500 watt generator, plus other items. Around the perimeter you’ll see our green fencing for security.

Big Ten Rentals set up three tents for this year’s Polar Plunge at Coralville Lake. 40′ x 100′ rope and pole, 30′ x 60′ rope and pole, and a 20′ x 40′ rope and pole. We also attached sidewalls to wrap the tents. Thirty 8′ tables and 200 black chairs make for a great event! Just add people and cold water!
Three of our 10-Row, 45′ long towable bleachers were delivered and set up for the The University of Iowa’s First Tech Challenge on March 4-5, 2016. Each towable bleacher system has a seating capacity of 273 people. For a total of 819 seats.
Vesta Restaurant in Coralville Iowa puts on an Iowa Craft Beer event every year under our 20′ x 60′ frame tent. It was a heated tent so even with snow on the ground it was warm inside.
A local transportation, storage and distribution of refined petroleum products company needed us to set up a tent over an electrical transformer in Coralville, Iowa, for maintenance.
