Big Ten Rentals set up tents for the 2015 RAGBRAI (Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa) in Solon, Iowa, and Iowa River Landing in Coralville, Iowa destinations.
This was quite a busy day for Big Ten Rentals crew members. This one crew set-up tents at Sutliff Cider Company in Lisbon, Downtown/main-street of Solon and here in Coralville Iowa as well. This was an incredible event with over 20,000 people in attendance.
We set up event tents at 7 dealer locations for McGrath Family of Dealerships for there annual tent event. From Hawkeye Harley (images shown), Cheveyland, Dodge Country, Westdale, Kia in Hiawatha, Coralville Used Car Superstore (images shown) and Marion. It was a busy day for our set up crew at Big Ten Rentals.
We delivered seating for 819 people by setting up 3 of our 45′ towable stadium-style bleachers for a high school/middle school robotics teams event at the Marriott hotel in Coralville, Iowa.
Big Ten Rentals was busy setting up an event for Iowa Gym-Nest. It’s their annual “Winter Wonderland International” indoor gymnastics meet at the Marriott Hotel & Convention Center in Coralville, IA. No Wedding Expo is complete without a bridal show filled with models wearing this year’s newest wedding dresses in various styles. Big Ten Rentals was hired to create that custom elevated runway for this spectacular event being held at the Coralville Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. Planning Stages: With the help of our staff wedding planner here at Big Ten Rentals, we are building an elaborate layout under a 10′ x 10′ frame tent (the size of our booth). This event is taking place at the Marriott in Coralville in conjunction with Gym-Nest. Two 5-row bleachers (seats 50 each) were placed on both sides of our towable 45′ hydraulic bleacher (seats 273 people). Belt style stanchions and pipe and drape were also delivered and set-up by Big Ten Rentals for this event.
We were unable to get Iowa One Call out in time to check the ground to stake before we set-up this event with a 30′ x 30′ frame tent. We had to use Block and Roll dead weight on this windy and cold (temperature outside was 23.4 °F and dropping) day. We added a 290,000 BTU diesel tent heater and a 6500…
