This event may look small but it has thousands of moving parts. From the 16’x20′ event stage on top of (40) 16″ legs with stairs. The parts for the 20’x20′ Tentnology frame tent, 20’x20′ rope and pole tent and the 20’x30′ rope and pole tent. This was an emergency situation. When a freezer at a restaurant malfunctions suddenly it can be a big loss in both revenue and the cost of food. We were able to deliver and set up our portable freezer with 60 kw generator at Panera Bread at Sycamore Mall in about 2 hours.
Like most big events in Iowa City, we set up this year’s Iowa City Jazz Festival by Summer of the Arts. This event included tents, stages, and much more.
Additional seating was needed at the Benton County Speedway in Vinton, IA. We delivered and set up three of our 45′ tow bleachers.
