Level tent on stage for backyard wedding with stepped walkway

If you can dream it, we can make it happen here at Big Ten Rentals. This elaborate layout and creative design idea comes from Brian DeCoster, the owner of Big Ten Rentals. Our event set-up crew had to create a level platform using our stage and erect a tent 40′ x 60′ hybrid tent on top of it. But that is not where this story ends. In the middle of the platform (under the tent) are steps that go down to the  outdoor fireplace area. Plus, for the wedding reception, the bride was able to walk down a multi-tiered staging platform to get to the tent vs. having to walk on the grass with her wedding dress.

This event is at Union Park, Chicago, IL and they called an Iowa City, IA company to deliver and set up the bleachers vs. a Chicago company because of our lower prices and better service. We were able to set up the bleacher in a tight spot between trees.

We set up a 40′ x 160′ rope and pole tent with asphalt anchors, (5) 80′ globe light strands, (6) 50′ extension cords, (10) 8′ x 30″ banquet tables, (45) 8′ x 30″ poly tables, (850) black chair, generators (6500 watt and 2000 watt), (10) 32 gal garbage, and 10′ x 10′ pop up tent for this event.
