Big Ten Rentals was able to deliver our 45 foot towable aluminum bleacher system with galvanized guardrail that folds out and sets up in about 10 minutes (after parking it in the right place). For this event our driver had to park the bleacher as close to the wall as possible to maximize the floor area for this indoor event in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

We set up this white 20′ x 30′ rope and pole tent in the backyard in Iowa City, Iowa with six 60′ round tables and 54 chairs for this event.
We had multiple crews out on June 7th setting up a total of 10 different tents for Harbor Freight Tools stores throughout Iowa. This one is located in the parking lot in Sioux City, Iowa. Side walls can be easily removed during the sales event.
Big Ten Rentals made the trip out to Newton, Iowa, to set up a 40′ x 80′ rope and pole tent for Store for Homes Furniture. This was a long-term tent rental that started on June 6th and was up until July 5th.
Efficiencies can be gained with short-duration rentals, which do not require a “double round trip.”
