We were called to set up a charity event for the JDRF One Walk held in Des Moines, IA on May 16th, 2015. It’s a fundraising walk to help eliminate type 1 diabetes. We set up a 40′ x 40′ hybrid tent, tables, chairs, and other frame tents as well.
We set up our 60′ x 150′ “twin pole” Legend rope and pole tent along with a 20′ x 20 rope and pole tent and four 40′ x 40 Elite rope and pole tents. Add some globe lights, over one hundred tables, and just under 1k of black chairs and you’ve got one big event….
We set up our 40′ x 80′ Hybrid wedding tent with Hybrid French window sidewalls, stage, subfloor with wooden dance floor over top, and tables.
We set up four 20′ x 20′ Tentnology frame tents, a 20′ x 40′ frame tent, and 20′ x 30′ frame tent. We aren’t able to drill at this location so we used water barrel for weight. We also delivered tables for this event.
We are thrilled to have provided a fantastic seating solution for the USA Gymnastics Region 4 Trampoline & Tumbling event held at the River Center in Davenport, Iowa. Big Ten Rentals supplied three towable bleachers, each one boasting 10 spacious rows and accommodating up to 273 spectators each, comfortably for a total of 819 spectators….

Big Ten Rentals set up a total of 27 10′ x 10′ frame tents with Acme weights on all four legs of each to keep them grounded during this event at the Pedestrian Mall in Iowa City. Pipe and drape aren’t an option for booths outside. Thus we used the 10′ x 10′ frame tents….
Efficiencies can be gained with short-duration rentals, which do not require a “double round trip.”
