Big Ten Rentals was hired to set up Ashford University’s largest graduating class, to date, with 10,000 plus students.
If it looks like this 30′ x 60′ tent barely fits, with trees boxing it in on every side in this back yard you are absolutely right! It was a tight fit, but our trained staff here at Big Ten Rentals was able to pull it off without a hitch.
On Thursday, July 15th, 2004 Big Ten Rentals set up a stage, security barricades, carpet, and stage skirting for Senator John Edwards to speak at a lunchtime crowd during a Political Rally in Des Moines, Iowa.

We were able to set up our 20′ x 50′ frame tent in between two buildings for an outdoor wedding reception in Keswick, Iowa. We also set up a stage, dance floor, and 30″ round cocktail tables.

Big Ten Rentals was busy setting up an event for Iowa Gym-Nest. It’s their annual “Winter Wonderland International” indoor gymnastics meet at the Marriott Hotel & Convention Center in Coralville, IA. We set up multiple bleachers, pipe and drape, and stanchions. Also, see pictures from when we where here in November of 2014.
Efficiencies can be gained with short-duration rentals, which do not require a “double round trip.”
