We set up event tents at 7 dealer locations for McGrath Family of Dealerships for there annual tent event. From Hawkeye Harley (images shown), Cheveyland, Dodge Country, Westdale, Kia in Hiawatha, Coralville Used Car Superstore (images shown) and Marion. It was a busy day for our set up crew at Big Ten Rentals.
Big Ten Rentals set up a grand opening event at the Unity Point Hospital in the Quad Cities area. We set up our 40′ x 60′ hybrid “Jumbo Track” event tent with concrete deadweight blocks. It was cold enough that a tent heater was added, plus our beautiful chiavari chairs.
It happens every year, the annual Harbor Freight Tools Parking Lot Sale. This year we put up tents for two HF locations: The ones located in Des Moines and Davenport, Iowa. Images are of the 40′ x 40′ hybrid tent that was in Des Moines with 170k BTU heaters.
Big Ten Rentals was able to deliver our 45 foot towable aluminum bleacher system with galvanized guardrail that folds out and sets up in about 10 minutes (after parking it in the right place). We set up the Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa event at The Celebration Farm. We delivered and set-up 8′ x 30″ rectangle banquet tables, 30″ round cocktail tables, LCD projector and screen, Pipe and Drape, Low rise stage and 2,000 watt sound system.
Big Ten Rentals was busy setting up an event for Iowa Gym-Nest. It’s their annual “Winter Wonderland International” indoor gymnastics meet at the Marriott Hotel & Convention Center in Coralville, IA. We set up multiple bleachers, pipe and drape, and stanchions. Also, see pictures from when we where here in November of 2014.
Big Ten Rentals set up three media broadcast structures or “Level deck over obstructions for seating or stage” at the Carver-Hawkeye Area for the Iowa Gymnastics vs. Minnesota & Nebraska competition today.
We set up our beautiful 40′ x 60′ hybrid tent at the Vermeer Manufacturing Company in Pella, Iowa with inches of snow surrounding it. We also added two 170,000 BTU Premier 170 tent heaters, 14 1-ton concrete blocks and a 10′ x 10′ frame tent for an entry way.
No Wedding Expo is complete without a bridal show filled with models wearing this year’s newest wedding dresses in various styles. Big Ten Rentals was hired to create that custom elevated runway for this spectacular event being held at the Coralville Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. The “push” is on to get ready for the large crowds on Black Friday. Two Big Ten Rentals employees have been driving around Eastern Iowa delivering a large quantity of bike barricade and belt style stanchions to several Target stores today. See our available crowd control options.
