Finally, after the 2008 flood, the Iowa City Animal Care & Adoption Center is opening, having its ribbon cutting and its Grand Opening/Open House in that amazing new place!
We set up the “ICAD Into The FUTURE” indoor/outdoor event at the Iowa City Municipal Airport for an Iowa City Area Development Group. Outside we set up a 20′ x 40′ rope and pole tent, five cocktail tables, pipe and drape booths, eight 8′ x 30″ tables, 212 black chairs, a 100″ Screen, a popcorn machine, and power strips….
A family party needed easy to clean up extra gathering space for a family gathering, so they utilized our 30′ x 40′ rope and pole tent to expand their dining space by 1,200 square feet. We added tables, chairs, and Kwik-Covers for easy cleanup.

Bringing some much needed cooling and heat relief to workers working down in the steam tunnels in Iowa City by the University of Iowa. For this job we utilized our 5-Ton 3-Phase outdoor commercial air conditioning unit. We also have a 5-Ton single-phase outdoor unit as well.
From February 4 to February 11 our crew erected four Tents totaling 30,500 ft.² in Des Moines to be used as temporary warehousing. Big Ten Rentals set up multiple items for this year’s Jazz Festival (part of Summer of the Arts) in downtown Iowa City. From tents, stages, tables, chairs, fencing and much more. The roads were closed on late Thursday (June 29th) and we had all of our equipment setups before dark.
