Multi-day Chaturveda Maha Yajna at Quad City Hindu Temple in Rock Island, Illinois
Big Ten Rentals was proud to be the chosen provider for the Chaturveda Maha Yajna, a historic multi-day Hindu ritual held at the Quad City Hindu Temple in Rock Island, Illinois, from June 3 to June 8, 2025. This event, the first of its kind in North America, welcomed thousands of participants, including scholars, priests, and devotees, to celebrate the ceremonial recitation of the four Vedas, the oldest and most sacred texts in Hinduism.
We provided essential event infrastructure to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for all attendees. Our team set up multiple tents and a stage, and delivered chairs and tables to accommodate the large crowds and diverse activities during this significant spiritual gathering.
Items Provided for the Event
- 40′ x 120′ hybrid jumbo track tent and 20′ x 32′ event stage
- 40′ x 100′ Fred’s rope and pole tent (Dining tent)
- 30′ x 40′ rope and pole tent
- Two of our 20′ x 40′ rope and pole tents
- 100 of our 8′ x 30″ plastic rectangular banquet tables
- 800 of our black plastic folding chairs and white plastic folding chairs.
- Fans and multiple other items.
In addition to the tents, we supplied a sturdy stage for performances and ceremonies and hundreds of chairs and tables to support the event’s logistical needs. Our team worked closely with the Quad City Hindu Temple to ensure a timely setup and a layout that honored the event’s cultural and spiritual significance.
