Setup for 2016 American Cancer Society & University of Iowa’s Relay For Life event in Iowa City, IA

This event may look small but it has thousands of moving parts. From the 16’x20′ event stage on top of (40) 16″ legs with stairs. The parts for the 20’x20′ Tentnology frame tent, 20’x20′ rope and pole tent and the 20’x30′ rope and pole tent. Add in 8′ banquet tables, (100) black plastic chairs, plus a jump & slide bounce house, pedestal fan and other odds and ends parts. Setting up an event can get complex fast.

We set up a 40′ x 120′ rope and pole tent for a reception area outside of Grinnell College and we also set up the graduation area for the event with hundreds of chairs and ramps.
