Event set-up for Iowa Gym-Nest at Coralville Marriott
Big Ten Rentals was busy setting up an event for Iowa Gym-Nest. It’s their annual “Winter Wonderland International” indoor gymnastics meet at the Marriott Hotel & Convention Center in Coralville, IA. Bleachers Delivery and Setup for Lake County Fairgrounds in Grayslake, IL
We delivered and set up several of our 45′ towable bleachers for a concert at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Grayslake, IL. Each towable bleacher seats 273 people. This is the most cost-effective way to deliver additional seating to just about any event.

30′ x 75′ party tent rental in Grinnell, Iowa at Brownells, Inc.
Big Ten Rentals is back out at Brownells, Inc. We set up a 30′ x 75′ frame tent for a corporate event. Side walls were added to keep items safe and away from the water over night. We used 2′ x 2′ x 2′ bunker blocks as deadweight to preserve the parking lot’s integrity.
Pipe & Drape used for backdrop for hanging posters at Old Capitol Mall in Iowa City, IA
Pipe and Drape is used for backdrop for an exhibit for the University of Iowa engineering department being held at the Old Capitol Mall in Iowa City, IA. Posters were hung on our free-standing pipe and drape framework thus preserving the integrity of the walls.
Tents for JDRF One Walk (Type 1 Diabetes) at NewBo City Market in Cedar Rapids, IA
We set up multiple frame tents at NewBo City Market for this year’s JDRF One Walk for Type 1 Diabetes (Facebook page). Tent sizes included 40′ x 40′ Hybrid, 30′ x 45′ Frame, 20′ x 40′ Frame, two 20′ x 20′ Frame.

Setting up tiered stage & barricade for political event at Giese Manufacturing
This event needed to be set up after 1:30 pm for this political rally. We set up a two-tiered stage with 4 sets of adjustable stairs, bike barricade for crowd control, black chairs plus pipe & drape parts (drape was provided).
