I worked with Big Ten Rentals for an event that I was planning to rent their synthetic ice skating rink. I had never used this product before nor had I ever seen it. The friendly staff was always willing to work with me. They answered all of my questions, were responsive to my emails, and always returned my phone calls. The team that came to unload and set up was fast and efficient. I couldn’t have had a better experience. It seemed a little pricy at first, but after the event was over I received so many shining reviews from those who attended. I would highly recommend using Big Ten Rentals for any rental need!
