Packing up tables and 6 Rope and Pole Tents for delivery begins today (Sept. 22, 2014) at Big Ten Rentals for delivery and setup early tomorrow morning in Kalona, IA. Event opens on September 26.
We are back at Grinnell College staking this 20′ x 40 frame tent for an event this coming week.
We were able to set up our 20′ x 50′ frame tent in between two buildings for an outdoor wedding reception in Keswick, Iowa. We also set up a stage, dance floor, and 30″ round cocktail tables.
We delivered four of our 10-row towable bleachers, each 45′ long, seating 273 people for 1,400 seats for the Crow Fair & Rodeo Powwow at Crow Agency, MT, within Big Horn County, MT. Also, see their Facebook page.

Delivery of several 4-row low rise bleachers that seat 24 people. Plus some 3-row “standard rise” bleachers delivered to Grinnell College’s beautiful indoor running track/tennis courts.
We set up event tents at 7 dealer locations for McGrath Family of Dealerships for there annual tent event. From Hawkeye Harley (images shown), Cheveyland, Dodge Country, Westdale, Kia in Hiawatha, Coralville Used Car Superstore (images shown) and Marion. It was a busy day for our set up crew at Big Ten Rentals.
Efficiencies can be gained with short-duration rentals, which do not require a “double round trip.”
