- 1,450 Black Chairs: We supplied 1,450 matching black chairs arranged in precise rows with a prominent center aisle. The uniform black color created a striking visual contrast against the colorful academic gowns and the venue’s flooring. Beyond aesthetics, these chairs were chosen for comfort during what can be a long ceremony and for their stackable, easy-to-handle design that allowed our crew to achieve perfectly straight lines quickly. The result is the orderly, sea-of-gowns effect captured so beautifully in the wide shot.
- Four 45′ Towable Bleachers: Tiered seating dramatically improves the guest experience. Each 45-foot towable bleacher unit delivers multiple rows of elevated seats, giving families and friends far better views than floor-level chairs alone. Because they are towable, we could deliver them efficiently, position them exactly where needed (often along the sides or rear to complement permanent seating), and remove them with minimal floor impact.
