Big Ten Rentals worked on the 2015 Mississippi Valley Fair. We set up about ten tents for this event and tables and chairs. 40′ x 40′ Gala rope and pole, 40′ x 40′ hybrid, 20′ x 40′ frame, 40′ x 100′ rope and pole (shown below), 60′ x 90′ rope and pole, 20′ x 20′ rope and pole, 20′ x 40′ rope and pole and several other tents were all set-up for this large event!
Packing up tables and 6 Rope and Pole Tents for delivery begins today (Sept. 22, 2014) at Big Ten Rentals for delivery and setup early tomorrow morning in Kalona, IA. Event opens on September 26. Post setup pictures:
We were called to set up a charity event for the JDRF One Walk held in Des Moines, IA on May 16th, 2015. It’s a fundraising walk to help eliminate type 1 diabetes. We set up a 40′ x 40′ hybrid tent, tables, chairs, and other frame tents as well.
We set up event tents at 7 dealer locations for McGrath Family of Dealerships for there annual tent event. From Hawkeye Harley (images shown), Cheveyland, Dodge Country, Westdale, Kia in Hiawatha, Coralville Used Car Superstore (images shown) and Marion. We worked closely with Brenda Strief from Town or Country event coordination & design on the Jaymie McGrath and Anthony Hobson wedding. We were set up a beautiful clearspan tent with A/C for this event.
Big Ten Rentals set up a stunning outdoor tent event with multiple frame tents on the elevated outdoor balcony of the Levitt Center at the University of Iowa. LED event lighting, tables, and table linens created a spectacular area for the event.
Efficiencies can be gained with short-duration rentals, which do not require a “double round trip.”
