We set up the 2015 StreetFest in Downtown Davenport. Multiple beer tents, tables, chairs, and even bleachers were set up for this annual event right in downtown Davenport!
Event setup for Apple CEO Tim Cook’s conference announcing a data center in Waukee, Iowa. We set up a 12′ x 16′ x 16″ high stage, a 4′ x 16′ x 16″ riser, stanchions, flags, lectern, steamer, and black plastic folding chairs.
We set up a 40′ x 160′ rope and pole tent with asphalt anchors, (5) 80′ globe light strands, (6) 50′ extension cords, (10) 8′ x 30″ banquet tables, (45) 8′ x 30″ poly tables, (850) black chair, generators (6500 watt and 2000 watt), (10) 32 gal garbage, and 10′ x 10′ pop up tent for this event.
Big Ten Rentals was called midway through the day on June 26th to set up a covered construction structure in New Sharon, Iowa the next day. Big Ten Rentals set up a 20′ x 60′ rope and pole tent with sidewall for the Millstream Brewing Company in Amana, IA. Sidewalls are used for weather protection and are removed during the Oktoberfest event. We also delivered black chairs for this event.

We added over 1,000 additional seats by delivering four sets of 45′ towable bleachers to Illinois Field at the University of Illinois. See the article in The Gazette about our bleachers for this event. We also installed bleachers at the University of Iowa the previous week at Duane Banks Field (see photo).
Efficiencies can be gained with short-duration rentals, which do not require a “double round trip.”
