Annual event set-up for ICAD Group on economic development

We set up the “ICAD Into The FUTURE” indoor/outdoor event at the Iowa City Municipal Airport for an Iowa City Area Development Group. Outside we set up a 20′ x 40′ rope and pole tent, five cocktail tables, pipe and drape booths, eight 8′ x 30″ tables, 212 black chairs, a 100″ Screen, a popcorn machine, and power strips. Also appearing at this event will be a DeLorean that the company owner owns and brought to this event to keep with the “Back to the Future” theme.
