Big Ten Rentals had to set this event up late at night in a closed parking garage. We set up two 10-row expandable breakdown bleacher systems and two 5 Row bleachers with railing that seats 50 people each.
The corporate education event was held under our 60′ x 98′ Losberger tent with glass doors and sidewalls at Microsoft’s West Des Moines location.
We’ve increased our Harbor Freight Tools tent rentals this year to now 10 different locations! The only problem is, that we have to set up all 10 locations for the same nationwide sale on the same day. Needless to say, we are a big enough company to handle such a daunting task.
We set up four 20′ x 20′ Tentnology frame tents, a 20′ x 40′ frame tent, and 20′ x 30′ frame tent. We aren’t able to drill at this location so we used water barrel for weight. We also delivered tables for this event.
We installed our semi-permanent 30′ x 30′ Clearspan Tent Structure in Des Moines over electrical equipment for our customer.
We thought we had all of the cool equipment until we set up a corporate event called “Cranes on Parade” for the Terex company in Waverly, Iowa! We delivered our refrigerated trailer, 30′ towable bleachers, 40′ x 80′ hybrid tent, 20’x 40′ frame tent, 3,200 square feet of sub-flooring under the tents, and 20′ x 24′…
Three of our 10-Row 45′ Towable Bleachers were delivered to a car show and auction in Chattanooga, Tennessee, at the Chattanooga Convention Center, a 695-mile drive from our location in Iowa City, IA. However, we have the best prices and were able to do the job.
Efficiencies can be gained with short-duration rentals, which do not require a “double round trip.”
