We set up our 40′ x 80′ Hybrid wedding tent with Hybrid French window sidewalls, stage, subfloor with wooden dance floor over top, and tables.
We set up a 40′ x 160′ rope and pole tent with asphalt anchors, (5) 80′ globe light strands, (6) 50′ extension cords, (10) 8′ x 30″ banquet tables, (45) 8′ x 30″ poly tables, (850) black chair, generators (6500 watt and 2000 watt), (10) 32 gal garbage, and 10′ x 10′ pop up tent for this event.
We set up our 40′ x 80′ hybrid tent at the prestigious Deere Run golf course in Silvis Illinois. For this event we worked closely with the wedding planner Casey Kane from Bright DeSigns. This event is taking place at the Marriott in Coralville in conjunction with Gym-Nest. Two 5-row bleachers (seats 50 each) were placed on both sides of our towable 45′ hydraulic bleacher (seats 273 people). Belt style stanchions and pipe and drape were also delivered and set-up by Big Ten Rentals for this event.
