Wedding reception tent for about 160 guests with dance flooring and lighting

We set up a 40′ x 100′ rope and pole tent (Elite) for an outdoor weekend wedding reception in Tama, Iowa, this weekend. Other items include 162 white wedding chairs, 8′ tables, 60″ round tables, table linens, 500′ of sub-flooring, a 21′ x 21′ dance floor, coffee percolator, and everything is lit up with our beautiful Edison lights. For sidewalls, you’ll see the removable French windows.
