Big Ten Rentals proudly provided and set up our impressive 60′ x 230′ (18m x 70m) Losberger clearspan event structure for the Waverly Midwest Horse Sale on March 24, 2026 (with the full event running March 24–28, 2026). This temporary structure delivered over 13,563 square feet of unobstructed, column-free space at Waverly Sales Company in Waverly, Iowa—one of the largest and most respected draft horse auctions in the country.
With its aluminum frame and durable, stretched vinyl top, the clearspan design created a bright, open, and professional environment ideal for showcasing and auctioning high-quality draft horses. The complete absence of center poles allowed full utilization of the floor plan for horse parades, judging areas, bidder seating, tack displays, or additional vendor/exhibit space—essential for an event that draws buyers and sellers from across the U.S. and internationally.
This large-scale installation demonstrates the versatility of our clearspan structures for agricultural, livestock, and outdoor commercial events. It can accommodate substantial crowds (seating estimates of 1,085–1,356 for table-style setups, or far more for open configurations like auctions and show rings). Options such as HVAC (heating/cooling for comfort in variable spring weather), sidewalls (solid, cathedral, or clear), glass doors, porch entries, and professional lighting make it adaptable to any need.
The structure was erected on-site by our experienced crew, suitable for grass, asphalt, or concrete surfaces with appropriate anchoring.
