Event Equipment Setup for North Liberty Blues & BBQ

Big Ten Rentals is proud to be a longtime partner of the North Liberty Blues & BBQ, one of Eastern Iowa’s most popular summer festivals. When the organizers needed dependable event equipment for their annual celebration of live blues music, mouthwatering barbecue, craft beer, and family fun, they called us—again.

For the 16th year of this beloved community event, we provided a full complement of tents, tables, and chairs to help create shaded seating areas, vendor spaces, and comfortable gathering spots in North Liberty’s Centennial Park.

What We Provided:

• Multiple Event Tents — Including frame tents and rope-and-pole styles sized to fit the festival layout. These offered essential shade and weather protection for guests enjoying live music and food vendors.
• Hundreds of Tables & Chairs — High-quality folding tables and durable event chairs arranged for dining, resting, and socializing. We configured layouts to maximize flow and comfort across the park grounds.
• Full-Service Delivery, Setup & Teardown — Our experienced crew handled transportation, professional installation, and post-event removal with minimal disruption to the festival timeline.
