We set up our 40′ x 80′ hybrid tent at the prestigious Deere Run golf course in Silvis Illinois. For this event we worked closely with the wedding planner Casey Kane from Bright DeSigns. Big Ten Rentals will be closing roads so we can begin setup of the 2014 NorthSide Oktoberfest on Friday, September 26, 2014. We are packed up and ready to go. Items to be set up:
We set up a 40′ x 160′ rope and pole tent with asphalt anchors, (5) 80′ globe light strands, (6) 50′ extension cords, (10) 8′ x 30″ banquet tables, (45) 8′ x 30″ poly tables, (850) black chair, generators (6500 watt and 2000 watt), (10) 32 gal garbage, and 10′ x 10′ pop up tent for this event.

Big Ten Rentals set up a total of 27 10′ x 10′ frame tents with Acme weights on all four legs of each to keep them grounded during this event at the Pedestrian Mall in Iowa City. Pipe and drape aren’t an option for booths outside. Thus we used the 10′ x 10′ frame tents….

Efficiencies can be gained with short-duration rentals, which do not require a “double round trip.”
