Like most big events in Iowa City, we set up this year’s Iowa City Jazz Festival by Summer of the Arts. This event included tents, stages, and much more.
We set up pipe and drape in the main lounge at the University of Iowa for a fundraising event for the Children’s Miracle Network.

In the heart of Iowa City’s vibrant Downtown District, Big Ten Rentals helped bring a standout Toyota Music Event to life right outside Joe’s Place. With breathtaking views of the iconic Old Capitol Museum as the backdrop, we created a professional, crowd-ready space that let the music shine and the historic surroundings steal the show….
Big Ten Rentals was employed to set up event tents, 120 tables, 1,070 chairs, and other equipment at the North Liberty Blues and BBQ festival on July 12th, 2014. They had a record 10,000 people in attendance.
Setting up a wonderful event at the Cottage Grove Place in Cedar Rapids, IA. This brings there “independent living” to an entire new level. Multiple tents and a stage was set up for entertainment.
We set up a 40′ x 120′ rope and pole tent for a reception area outside of Grinnell College and we also set up the graduation area for the event with hundreds of chairs and ramps.
