2024 Inaugural NASCAR Race Weekend Event in Iowa | Setup by Big Ten Rentals
In June 2024, Big Ten Rentals had the opportunity to support the historic first NASCAR Cup Series race weekend at Iowa Speedway in Newton, Iowa. We provided comprehensive tent and event rental services throughout the facility, helping ensure smooth operations for this milestone event, which brought exciting NASCAR racing to fans in the Midwest for the first time.
Our team delivered and installed a wide range of equipment tailored to the demanding needs of a major race weekend. This included:
- Tents of various sizes for multiple zones
- Tables, chairs, and linens for hospitality and seating areas
- Lighting and power solutions for evening and high-traffic use
- Fencing and crowd control for safety and organization
- Additional rental equipment and accessories
Specific applications included hospitality suites, ticketing and entry points, food service and vending locations, merchandise areas, fire and safety stations, parking management, the NBC TV broadcast compound, and trackside inspection areas.
This large-scale setup demonstrated our expertise in handling high-profile motorsports and major outdoor events under tight timelines and rigorous requirements. From initial planning through on-site installation and breakdown, we delivered reliable, professional service that helped keep the weekend running efficiently for organizers, teams, vendors, and thousands of enthusiastic fans.
