Event set-up for Iowa Gym-Nest at Coralville Marriott

Big Ten Rentals was busy setting up an event for Iowa Gym-Nest. It’s their annual “Winter Wonderland International” indoor gymnastics meet at the Marriott Hotel & Convention Center in Coralville, IA. We set up multiple bleachers, pipe and drape, and stanchions. Also, see pictures from when we where here in November of 2014.

Outdoor corporate event set-up for heavy machinery company in Pella, Iowa

We set up our beautiful 40′ x 60′ hybrid tent at the Vermeer Manufacturing Company in Pella, Iowa with inches of snow surrounding it. We also added two 170,000 BTU Premier 170 tent heaters, 14 1-ton concrete blocks and a 10′ x 10′ frame tent for an entry way.

We had over 90 brides enter our giveaway today which included $150 off rental items from Big Ten Rentals, an amazing “LOVE” sign from Bright DeSigns, and a throw-flower bouquet from Flowerama in Iowa City. The contest was held today at our booth at the Iowa Wedding Expo. Congratulations to our winner Jessica Dimmer. Target stores rent crowd control for Black Friday

The “push” is on to get ready for the large crowds on Black Friday. Two Big Ten Rentals employees have been driving around Eastern Iowa delivering a large quantity of bike barricade and belt style stanchions to several Target stores today. See our available crowd control options.

Bleachers & Pipe and Drape set-up for Indoor gymnastic event at the Marriott in Coralville, Iowa

This event is taking place at the Marriott in Coralville in conjunction with Gym-Nest. Two 5-row bleachers (seats 50 each) were placed on both sides of our towable 45′ hydraulic bleacher (seats 273 people). Belt style stanchions and pipe and drape were also delivered and set-up by Big Ten Rentals for this event.
