We set up the Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa event at The Celebration Farm. We delivered and set-up 8′ x 30″ rectangle banquet tables, 30″ round cocktail tables, LCD projector and screen, Pipe and Drape, Low rise stage and 2,000 watt sound system.
Big Ten Rentals was busy setting up an event for Iowa Gym-Nest. It’s their annual “Winter Wonderland International” indoor gymnastics meet at the Marriott Hotel & Convention Center in Coralville, IA. We set up multiple bleachers, pipe and drape, and stanchions. Also, see pictures from when we where here in November of 2014.
Big Ten Rentals set up three media broadcast structures or “Level deck over obstructions for seating or stage” at the Carver-Hawkeye Area for the Iowa Gymnastics vs. Minnesota & Nebraska competition today.
Delivery of several 4-row low rise bleachers that seat 24 people. Plus some 3-row “standard rise” bleachers delivered to Grinnell College’s beautiful indoor running track/tennis courts.
We set up our beautiful 40′ x 60′ hybrid tent at the Vermeer Manufacturing Company in Pella, Iowa with inches of snow surrounding it. We also added two 170,000 BTU Premier 170 tent heaters, 14 1-ton concrete blocks and a 10′ x 10′ frame tent for an entry way.
We set up pipe and drape in the main lounge at the University of Iowa for a fundraising event for the Children’s Miracle Network.
We had over 90 brides enter our giveaway today which included $150 off rental items from Big Ten Rentals, an amazing “LOVE” sign from Bright DeSigns, and a throw-flower bouquet from Flowerama in Iowa City. No Wedding Expo is complete without a bridal show filled with models wearing this year’s newest wedding dresses in various styles. Big Ten Rentals was hired to create that custom elevated runway for this spectacular event being held at the Coralville Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. We are also proud to be an exhibitor at this event….
Planning Stages: With the help of our staff wedding planner here at Big Ten Rentals, we are building an elaborate layout under a 10′ x 10′ frame tent (the size of our booth).
