Multi-tent outdoor event setup for 2015 Midwest Old Threshers Reunion

We are back again setting up this large multi-tent outdoor event at the Old Threshers Reunion in Mt Pleasant, Iowa. This year we set up a total of 15 tents for this event to be used for all sorts of activities: Family events, Car show, Trading post, Pork production, Kids performance, Turkey producers, Garrels’ Elk tent, Farm collectors, Funnel cakes, Shade, Tractors and much more. We also set up stages, chairs and tables for this five day long event.

  • Classic Jeeps under large rope and pole tent
  • 40' x 100' rope and pole tent with classic Jeeps under it.
  • Large Blue and White rope and pole tent
  • 30' x 60' Red & white (rope and pole) tent used for food service
  • Multiple rope and pole tents used for shade and events

Big Ten Rentals is back out at Brownells, Inc. We set up a 30′ x 75′ frame tent for a corporate event. Side walls were added to keep items safe and away from the water over night. We used 2′ x 2′ x 2′ bunker blocks as deadweight to preserve the parking lot’s integrity.

Bringing some much needed cooling and heat relief to workers working down in the steam tunnels in Iowa City by the University of Iowa. For this job we utilized our 5-Ton 3-Phase outdoor commercial air conditioning unit. We also have a 5-Ton single-phase outdoor unit as well.
