Bleachers & Pipe and Drape set-up for Indoor gymnastic event at the Marriott in Coralville, Iowa

This event is taking place at the Marriott in Coralville in conjunction with Gym-Nest. Two 5-row bleachers (seats 50 each) were placed on both sides of our towable 45′ hydraulic bleacher (seats 273 people). Belt style stanchions and pipe and drape were also delivered and set-up by Big Ten Rentals for this event.

We set up the “ICAD Into The FUTURE” indoor/outdoor event at the Iowa City Municipal Airport for an Iowa City Area Development Group. Big Ten Rentals is back at Harvest Preserve, Iowa City’s premier outdoor wedding and reception location. Our 40′ x 60′ rope and pole tent fits perfectly on the concrete pad at this location to add 2,400 square feet of covered space. Perfect for table-seated events with a guest list of 192-240 people (depending on table layouts).

We set up the Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa event at The Celebration Farm. We delivered and set-up 8′ x 30″ rectangle banquet tables, 30″ round cocktail tables, LCD projector and screen, Pipe and Drape, Low rise stage and 2,000 watt sound system.
