St. Ambrose University Alumni 40′ x 140′ Elite Rope and Pole tent for a Wine Festival/Wine Tasting event in Davenport, IA
We were contacted to set up an outdoor wedding reception with the right size tent. We calculated the number of people attending along with seating and recommended our 40′ x 60′ hybrid tent for this event. And as our client, Terry said, it was a “Great party” and provided these images.

Big Ten Rentals was busy setting up an event for Iowa Gym-Nest. It’s their annual “Winter Wonderland International” indoor gymnastics meet at the Marriott Hotel & Convention Center in Coralville, IA. We set up multiple bleachers, pipe and drape, and stanchions. Also, see pictures from when we where here in November of 2014.
We set up a 20′ x 30′ frame tent with “Block and Roll tent ballast,” sidewalls, and tables in Dubuque, Iowa, our customer Phantom Fireworks. The fireworks tent has solid sidewalls to keep out the elements.
We set up multiple tents for this year’s River Roots Live. This event will be held on Friday, Aug. 28, and Saturday, Aug. 29 in Davenport’s LeClaire Park on the banks, a fantastic location that is right next to the Mississippi River.
Efficiencies can be gained with short-duration rentals, which do not require a “double round trip.”
