Temporary stage with a pipe and drape backdrop at Iowa City High School
On Friday, April 10, 2026, our team at Big Ten Rentals delivered and installed a professional 20′ x 40′ temporary stage complete with a full pipe and drape backdrop in the auxiliary gymnasium at Iowa City High School (City High). The setup created an elevated performance platform, perfect for the school’s highly anticipated Jazz Showcase Concert the following evening, Saturday, April 11.
Students and guest artists delivered an evening of dynamic big band numbers, combos, solos, and improvisational jazz to a packed house of family, friends, and community members. The spacious stage provided excellent visibility and acoustics in the open gym, allowing the talented City High jazz ensembles to shine at their spring showcase.
