Tents, Tables & Chairs Rented for the Quad City Air Show | 2023

We were back at this year’s Quad City Air Show in Eldridge, Iowa. For this event, we set up 55 of our event tents (30′ x 40′ rope and pole, 10′ x 10 frame tents, 20′ x 20′ frame tents, 20′ x 20′ frame kedered tent, and 20′ x 30′ frame tents, some needed to be set up with 2′ x 2′ x 2′ blocks) several days before the event. These tents helped people stay dry during the rain and out of the blazing sun during the rest of the weekend. We also delivered and set up 240 bike barricade, 450 8′ x 30′ tables, and 4,000 black chairs.

We delivered and set up several of our 45′ towable bleachers for a concert at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Grayslake, IL. Each towable bleacher seats 273 people. This is the most cost-effective way to deliver additional seating to just about any event.
