The Setup: Tailored for Success and Comfort

Our customer required a versatile outdoor space that could accommodate a range of activities while keeping guests comfortable in Iowa’s variable weather conditions. Our team designed and installed a comprehensive setup featuring premium rentals that elevated the entire experience. Here’s a breakdown of the key elements we provided:

  • 40′ x 60′ Liri Clearspan Tent: This expansive structure served as the centerpiece, offering a generous 2,400 square feet of covered area. Its clearspan design means no interior poles, providing unobstructed space for mingling, presentations, and more. The tent’s sleek, modern look complemented the professional vibe, and its sturdy build ensured reliability throughout the event.
  • Picnic Tables and Rectangular Tables: We supplied 13 durable picnic tables for casual seating and group interactions, ideal for fostering a relaxed yet productive atmosphere. Complementing these were four versatile 6′ x 30″ tables, perfect for buffet lines, displays, or additional workspace. These pieces encouraged collaboration and made the space feel inviting and organized.
  • 12′ x 24′ Stage with Carpet Topping: No corporate gathering is complete without a focal point for announcements or highlights. Our 12×24 stage provided an elevated platform that’s both sturdy and spacious, topped with plush carpet for a polished, professional finish. It was the perfect spot for key moments, as captured in our event photos.
  • White Padded Resin Chairs: To add a touch of elegance, we included 12 white padded resin chairs. These comfortable, stackable seats were positioned strategically—whether for stage-side VIPs or breakout areas—ensuring guests could relax without sacrificing style.
  • Flooring and Fans: Comfort was a top priority, so we installed high-quality flooring to create a stable, even surface underfoot, transforming the ground into a seamless extension of the indoor environment. Paired with strategically placed fans for optimal airflow, this setup kept the space cool and enjoyable, even on a warm Iowa day.

Our installation team handled everything from delivery to teardown, working efficiently to minimize disruption at the site. The result? A cohesive, turnkey space that allowed our customer to focus on what mattered most: connecting with their team and stakeholders.
