Event planning & set up for the 2014 book festival Oct. 2-5

Planning for the book festival in Iowa City begins well before the setup process starts.

The process of physically setting up this festival started at 5:30 am on Saturday morning on October 4th. The temperature outside was 32° and warming slowly. Our crew delivered and set up multiple tents, tables, chairs, and more for this event. We hope it gets warmer outside today because it looks like a high of only 52°. There are going to be some cold 50+ authors in attendance signing books there.
